Dream of Fall
3 drops Tangerine, 2 drops each of Frankincense, Cedarwood & Clove, 1 drop Cinnamon
Seeing posts of adorable fall décor DIYs on social media, I began craving a diffuser blend that brings all the lovely aromas of fall into my home. This blend is a little heavy on the clove, so feel free to reduce if needed.
Add this blend to a diffuser & Dream of Fall with tangy tangerine, subtle frankincense and cedarwood, and spicy clove and cinnamon. Yum!
Tangerine (Citrus reticulata) is a tangy, rich citrus scent that is soothing to the mind and has a calming effect that eases the nerves. It adds a sweetness to the blend.
2 drops each
Frankincense (Boswellia) has sooooo many uses. It opens the mind, stimulates the 6th chakra (third eye), promotes self-reflection AND heals the body. I added it because it mixes super well with other oils.
Cedarwood (Juniperus virginiana) is such a beautiful oil that brings back memories of childhood. It offers a woodsy scent that is often associated with fall. Definitely a grounding addition to this blend.
Clove (Eugenia caryophyllata) can stimulate memory and help combat exhaustion when used as an aromatic. A nice spicy addition to this fall blend.
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) is one of my favorite holiday scents and always makes me think of fall. When inhaled, this spicy oil can stimulate the psychic mind and act as an aphrodisiac.
