Dream of New Moons
1 drop Peppermint, 2 drops Lavender, and 3 drops Lemon
This minty blend incorporates three of the most commonly used essential oils in aromatherapy. A bright intro to essential oil use, this blend is easy to make at home because these oils are readily available at many stores.
Add this blend to a diffuser and awaken your senses with sharp peppermint, fresh lemon and subtle lavender. A cheerful blend to welcome you on your journey with essential oils.
Peppermint (Mentha poperita) is widely used for its cooling and soothing effect to the sinuses. It is believed to stimulate the 7th chakra (crown chakra) and increase spirituality. A little bit goes a LONG way.
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) is an oil with many uses, especially when it comes to calming the mind and healing the body. The addition of Lavender balances the blend by softening both the sharpness of Peppermint and brightness of Lemon.
Lemon (Citrus limon) is known for its purifying properties. It helps freshen the air when diffused and leaves a bright, sweet scent that lingers. An uplifting aroma that is energizing and comforting. One of the most versatile oils around.
